例6： In case the buyer fails to carry out any of the terms and conditions to this Contract with the Seller，the Seller shall have the right to terminate all or any part of this Contract with the buyer or postpone shipment or stop any goods in transit and the Buyer shall in every such case be liable to the Seller for all losses, damages and expenses thereby incurred．
